The Murano glass jewellery box OCTAGONAL by Alessandro Mandruzzato brings sculptural geometry and Venetian craftsmanship to the dressing table. Entirely handmade using centuries-old glassmaking techniques, this ornamental container offers an elegant home for jewellery and small treasures.

Choose from six colours: Red, Aquamarine, Aquamarine Silver, Crystal Gold, Grey and Green. A metal hinge with polished chrome or 24 kt gold plating completes each design, allowing you to pair your preferred glass colour with either finish.

Crafted in a furnace at temperatures reaching 1400°C, the glass combines molten glass with coloured minerals before being encased in clear crystal glass and blown into a mould that establishes its approximate shape and size. It then cools slowly in special ovens for 48 to 72 hours.

In the Moleria workshop, each OCTAGONAL is shaped by hand with the aid of machinery, grinding powders and cold engraving techniques. The plated hinge is applied as the final detail.

Each piece is unique and may differ slightly from the product shown, as it is entirely handmade. All creations by Alessandro Mandruzzato bear the “Vetro Artistico Murano” trademark.

Custom engravings are also available. For more information, fill out the form below.
