FOUNDER & CEO
Roberto founded Design Italy after decades as an executive, advisor, and investor in key multinational and Italian companies in digital business and innovation. He served as Chief Digital & Innovation Officer at Mediobanca, General Manager of CheBanca!, and Marketing Director at Procter & Gamble.
PAOLA SERENA
CO-FOUNDER
Paola co-founded Design Italy. She has a background in economics and has worked throughout her career to drive social change through an entrepreneurial approach in the third sector. She has also applied her entrepreneurial skills in the hotel sector and has successfully founded two start-ups.
ANTONIO GNASSI
SEO & DIGITAL MARKETING ADVISOR
Antonio is a journalist, SEO and social media expert, university lecturer, and communications manager for the Olympic Games, sports tournaments, and championships. He works with Design Italy to define the company's SEO and marketing strategies.
PABLO MARZIALI
SHOPIFY & CRO ADVISOR
Expert in digital platforms and Shopify optimization, Pablo combines technical expertise with a growth-driven vision. He managed projects for Gruppo 24 ORE, Enel, and Lastminute.com. At Design Italy, Pablo manages Shopify, UX, CRO, and marketing automation to maximize global performance.
ILARIA DIANA
CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST
Ilaria has long been passionate about e-commerce. At Design Italy, she oversees customer service, supplier management, and logistics, coordinating the essential operations that underpin the company’s online marketplace and its customers.
CHIARA COLMEGNA
SENIOR MERCHANDISING SPECIALIST
Chiara has a master’s degree in Art History and has catalogued artwork for a variety of art galleries throughout her career. She is responsible for overseeing Design Italy’s merchandising strategy and catalog and the building of the website’s digital content.
SHERIN KODIKARAGE
GRAPHIC DESIGN SPECIALIST
Sherin holds a bachelor’s degree in Media Design and Multimedia Arts from NABA (the New Academy of Fine Arts) in Milan and a master’s degree in 3D Modelling. She is part of Design Italy and assists with all aspects of the company's visuals.
MURIEL MORIN
FRENCH CONTENT SPECIALIST
After a teaching career, Muriel translated for publishing houses and worked with CSIL for 15 years, analyzing market strategies in furniture and lighting. She now manages all French website content for Design Italy.

FEEL-GOOD MANAGER
Mia is a frequent Design Italy Employee of the Month. She brightens the office and keeps the team active with outdoor exercise. She’s an expert in naps, treats, and long Milan walks.
